Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• End-to-end feature development and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, integrations, and reports within ServiceNow.
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of applications.
• Provide support for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
