Pax8, Inc. in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow Developer I to help shape and evolve one of the most critical platforms powering our global, AI-enabled cloud marketplace.

You will work on automation, workflows, and platform development, collaborating with teams to implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and on-call support as needed. This role emphasizes hands-on configuration, design, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Have hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Bring practical knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, Configuration Management Database, Strategic Portfolio Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Workplace Service Delivery, or Legal Service Delivery.
• Understand how integrations, workflow automation and platform customised create business value.
• Enjoy working with technologies such as JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON, Glide technologies and modern web development frameworks.
• Have experience working with access controls, business rules, client scripts, user interface actions and user interface policies.
• Understand service management principles and best practices.
• Can comfortably work in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and learning never stops.

Responsibilities

• You’ll help develop, improve and support the ServiceNow platform that powers critical business services across Pax8.
• Design, configure and deliver ServiceNow enhancements that solve real business challenges.
• Translate requirements into scalable platform solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, demonstrations, testing activities and user enablement.
• Help ensure changes are thoroughly tested, documented and successfully deployed.
• Develop and maintain workflows, catalog items, notifications, business logic, reports and platform configurations.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and other business systems.
• Contribute to release processes and platform governance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability and usability.
• Investigate complex issues, troubleshoot platform incidents and implement effective solutions.
• Support service continuity through participation in on-call rotations when required.
• Collaborate closely with Technology Services teams during critical incidents.
• Help improve operational processes and incident response practices.
• Develop automation capabilities that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Explore AI-enabled tools and identify practical use cases that deliver value across the business.
• Recommend new ideas, enhancements and workflow improvements that support Pax8's technology strategy.
• Create clear technical documentation, knowledge articles and platform guidance.
• Share learning, insights and best practices with colleagues.
• Support a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
