Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator II in Makati City, Philippines to help power our global AI and cloud marketplace. You will support and enhance the ServiceNow platform, configure and optimize functionality, and ensure stability and performance.

You’ll build dashboards, participate in upgrades, and collaborate with global teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience in a business environment.
Experience with platform configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and governance.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow service management, operations management, or business management.
Experience with development tools, workflow optimisation, and service delivery improvements.
Understanding integrations, automation, and process enhancement opportunities.
A structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Ability to work independently whilst building trusted relationships across teams.
Confidence communicating technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
CSA certification preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance the ServiceNow platform across the organisation.
Configure, maintain, and optimise platform functionality whilst ensuring stability, reliability, and performance.
Act as an escalation point for platform-related issues, helping users quickly resolve technical challenges and minimise disruption.
Build meaningful dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into platform health, adoption, and operational performance.
Participate in upgrades, releases, patches, and enhancement initiatives to ensure Pax8 remains aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Investigate and resolve platform integrations, workflow issues, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and user experience.
Champion continuous learning within the team by sharing knowledge, promoting curiosity, and helping elevate platform standards.
Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
