Job summary

RELX is seeking a ServiceNow Developer I to support, enhance, and configure ServiceNow modules, resolve incidents and service requests, and drive automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and web services.

In partnership with internal customers, you will create dashboards and reports, maintain training materials and knowledge base articles, and develop test cases with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field.
• 1–2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficient in REST, JavaScript, or HTML.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with CMDB and CI classes; REST API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow modules.
• Develop new solutions or enhancements using ServiceNow tools and REST/JavaScript/HTML.
• Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests per SLA.
• Consult with customers regarding ServiceNow features and functions.
• Create dashboards and reports for customers.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases using ATF.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• All other duties as assigned.
