Job summary

Seven Seven is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize ServiceNow applications across HRSD, ITSM and Employee Center. You will implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts while integrating with enterprise systems to streamline employee services.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on development and a strong focus on automation, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization experience.
• Hands-on experience with HRSD, ITSM, and/or Employee Center.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and digital workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build and enhance workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Develop solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to streamline employee services across HR, IT, and other business functions.
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and Agile/Scrum activities.
• Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions.
