Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati City is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM and ITSM domains. You will work on workflows, REST integrations, and UI enhancements across Service Portal and AngularJS components.

The role requires strong scripting, API experience, and a solid understanding of Agile practices. Hybrid work arrangement in Metro Manila may apply, with collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow development, especially in ITSM and CSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST integrations, and Scripted REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and collaboration abilities.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD preferred but not required
• Full Stack ServiceNow Development (Frontend to Backend regardless of the percentage)
• Languages: Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
• Develop and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Utilize expertise in ServiceNow API architecture to create and maintain REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Advanced Work Assignment modules, including channels, queues, assignment rules, agent presence, and capacity management.
• Design and implement custom solutions in Service Portal, including creating portals, pages, and widgets using AngularJS.
• Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Script includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Customize the platform using UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, and applying CSS and HTML for advanced UI/UX customization.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace environments.
