Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Customization

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, record producers, and service catalogs.

• Develop scalable and reusable solutions aligned with business requirements and platform best practices.

• Design and implement integrations with internal and third-party systems.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.

• Participate in solution architecture, development planning, testing, and deployment activities.

• Support release management and production deployments.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Incident Resolution & Platform Support

• Investigate and troubleshoot platform issues.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.

• Monitor application performance and support production environments.

Knowledge Management & Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including:

  • High-Level Solution Designs (HLSD)

  • Solution Design Documents (SDD)

  • Deployment Plans

  • Security and Governance Documentation

• Maintain accurate system configurations and development documentation.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve platform performance.

• Recommend enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and user experience.

• Promote best practices in governance, security, and platform management.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow App Engine and platform customization.

• Experience developing complex workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
