Job summary

VNS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM and ITSM. The role requires strong scripting, API integrations, and workflow management expertise, including Service Portal and AngularJS UI work.

Candidate should have 5+ years in IT, 3+ years in ServiceNow development, and 3 years in the CSM module, with Agile/Scrum experience and JIRA familiarity. Hybrid/onsite work in Metro Manila preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.
• Develop and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Utilize ServiceNow API architecture for REST integrations and scripted APIs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Advanced Work Assignment modules including channels, queues, and rules.
• Design and implement custom Service Portal solutions using AngularJS.
• Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Schedules).
• Customize UI Pages/Macros/CMS and apply CSS/HTML for UI/UX enhancements.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, and workflow management, along with proficiency in Service Portal and Advanced Work Assignment modules.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
• Develop and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Utilize expertise in ServiceNow API architecture to create and maintain REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Advanced Work Assignment modules, including channels, queues, assignment rules, agent presence, and capacity management.
• Design and implement custom solutions in Service Portal, including creating portals, pages, and widgets using AngularJS.
• Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Script includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Customize the platform using UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, and applying CSS and HTML for advanced UI/UX customization.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace environments.
