Dikshatek in the Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design and customize applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform APIs.

You will build ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance modules and implement integrations with third-party systems while optimizing performance. The role requires strong debugging skills and the ability to mentor junior developers, collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into working solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform APIs.
• Build and enhance modules (ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.) according to business requirements.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems and manage API development.
• Optimize database queries, workflows, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and document technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts on implementation details.
