Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Architect to guide CMDB modernization and ITSM governance in our enterprise environments. You will shape the data model, drive integrations, and collaborate with product teams to align architecture across CMDB, Discovery, ITAM and CSDM.

You will mentor teammates, define standards, and ensure data quality, access control, and compliance while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, and CSDM models.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer and ATF.
• Experience with API testing, deployment, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a forward-looking vision for the product area and modernizes ServiceNow delivery.
• Provides technical solutions on CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, integrations and CSDM.
• Identify improvements in CMDB data models, relationships and attributes.
• Design CMDB governance policies, data quality, access control, lifecycle management and audit compliance.
• Provide architectural inputs on CMDB, ITAM and Service Mapping.
• Collaborate with product management and architects on roadmap alignment.
• Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow Platform focusing on CMDB, discovery, ITAM and CSDM.

Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Establishes a forward-looking vision for the product area, ensures quality technical delivery, reduces technical debt and drivesmodernization.
• Provides technical solutions and guidance on ServiceNow CMDB(Configuration Management Database), Discovery, ITAM (IT Asset Management), integrations and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Continuously identify improvement and innovation opportunities on CMDB architecture, including data models, relationships, and attributes, that is align with industry best practices.
• Develop and design strategy to ensure data integrity and accuracy through data reconciliation, normalization, and data quality improvements.
• Design, define and enforce CMDB governance policies, standards, and procedures for data quality, access control, lifecycle management, and audit compliance.
• Provide architectural inputs on ServiceNow modules like CMDB, ITAM, and Service Mapping.
• Work with product management team in the creation and maintenance of CMDB, Discovery & ITAM roadmap.
• Collaborates with product management and other architects for overall architecture alignment.
• Train and mentor other team members of the ServiceNow Platform with strong focus on the Platform, CMDB, discovery, ITAM and CSDM.
