Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Support Developer to provide platform support, enhancements, defect resolution, and new capability implementations across the ServiceNow suite. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, platform administrators, architects, and support teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.

You will develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules, configure workflows and catalog

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience configuring Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Familiar with ITSM processes and CMDB.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and integrations.
• Experience with update sets and source control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents and defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Support production deployments and change implementation activities.
