- Proven hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience within a business environment
- Demonstrated expertise supporting platform configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and governance
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow service management, operations management, business management, or related platform capabilities
- Experience working with platform tools used for development, workflow optimisation, and service delivery improvements
- Practical understanding of integrations, automation, and process enhancement opportunities
- A structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues
- The ability to work independently whilst building trusted relationships across teams
- Confidence communicating technical concepts in a clear and accessible way
- A genuine passion for learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
