Job summary

Agribusiness Banking Corporation – A Rural Bank is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee daily lending operations, monitor loan releases, and ensure compliant processing of documents across branches.

You will supervise staff, prepare reports, manage cash forecasts, and address client loan concerns, with opportunities to be trained in loan processing and teller activities.

The role requires accounting or BSBA degree and 1–2 years loan/teller experience, MS Office skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Accountancy or BSBA degree required.
• 1-2 years loan assistant and teller experience.
• 1-2 years branch accountant experience.
• Willing to be assigned to any AGRIBANK branches.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Customer service oriented.
• Bank Teller experience is an advantage.

• Monitor Branch's OPEX Fund
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit on time to requesting departments.
• To perform duties & responsibilities of the Service Supervisor in case of leave of absence.

Service Supervisor

Essential Functions of Service Supervisor:

1. Monitor daily loan releases
2. Approve, check, sign and counter sign loan documents in accordance with the established policies.
3. Underwriting of loan transactions (Main & OBO)
4. Control and safekeep branch’s loan collaterals and loan documents.
5. Forecast daily cash requirements for loan releases.
6. Supervise, coordinate and review all aspects of the branch's lending operations to ensure fast, efficient and courteous service to loan clients at all times.
7. Monitor and ensure that client’s problems/complains regarding loans are immediately addressed and resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
8. Monitor Branch's OPEX Fund
9. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit on time to requesting departments.
10. To perform duties & responsibilities of the Service Supervisor in case of leave of absence.

Qualifications

• Must be an Accountancy or BSBA Graduate or related course
• With at least 1-2 years work experience as Loan Assistant & teller of the bank
• With at least 1-2 years work experience as Branch Accountant of the bank (to be technically trained 1 month in loan processing and 1 month in tellering)
• Must be willing to assign in any branches of AGRIBANK
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Good communication skills, oral and written
• Customer service skills
• Bank Teller experience is an advantage
