Job summary

International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sales Coordinator to manage maintenance contracts for elevators and escalators, review proposals, and monitor sales processes in partnership with the service sales engineering team.

The role requires a four-year degree in business or engineering, proven maintenance sales experience, and excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Filipino. Leadership and cross-functional coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
Experience in maintenance sales is required.
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Filipino.
Ability to discuss product lines intelligently.
Strong leadership potential and ability to relate to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with other sections on maintenance contracts for elevators and escalators.
Checks and reviews service contracts and proposals before submission to owner representative.
Monitors and follows up on the status of submitted contract proposals.
Advises service sales engineer on responses to owner requests for improvements in operation/servicing of elevators/escalators.
Checks and reviews quotations for regular maintenance and special service (reconstruction).
Coordinates with Executives, Consultants, Managers and others on maintenance sales activities.
Prepares monthly reports detailing process performance, status of secured units, free service units and renewed contracts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates with the other sections on matters about the maintenance contract for elevators and escalators
Checks and reviews service contracts and proposals created by the service sales engineer before submission to the owner representative
Monitors and follows up on the status of submitted contract proposal processes
Instructs, suggests, and recommends the service sales engineer on the response to the owner/owner's representative request for the improvement of the operation/servicing of their elevator/escalator
Checks and reviews quotations for regular maintenance, special service (reconstruction), etc.
Coordinates with Executives, Consultants, Managers, and other parties concerning anything related to maintenance sales activities
Prepares a complete compilation of each service sales engineer's monthly reports on respective process performance and status monitoring of secured units, free service units, renewed contracts, and so on

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 4-years business or Engineering course
Must have experience in the field of maintenance sales
Must have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languages
Must be able to discuss intelligently all matters pertaining to the product line
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization with strong leadership potential
