Job summary
International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a qualified Installation Supervisor to oversee elevator installation projects in Metro Manila.
The role involves scheduling, manpower planning, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications under the Installation Manager's supervision. Applicants should hold a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (PRC license preferred) and have at least 3 years of elevator installation experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, preferably licensed by the PRC.
- Minimum of 3 years in Elevator/Escalator installation.
- Able to relate effectively to all types of people in the organization.
- Capable of negotiating with clients and subcontractors.
- Capable of teaching and training people.
Responsibilities
- Prepares working schedule specifying installation start and completion dates for review by the Installation Manager.
- Prepares manpower requirements aligned with the installation budget and coordinates with the supervisor.
- Checks each phase of installation for compliance with technical specs.
- Coordinates with General Contractor's representative on-site.
- Reports problems and any job-site accidents to superiors promptly.
- Trains and develops the team for efficient performance and growth.

Prepares working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation project subject to the review and approval of the Installation Manager and the Assistant Installation Manager respectively
Prepares manpower requirements suited to the installation budget to ensure proper personnel distribution and utilization in coordination with the immediate superior
Checks every phase of the installation work seeing to it that technical specifications and guidelines are complied with
Coordinates with General Contractor's representative for any problem at the job-site
Reports immediately to superior any problem encountered at the job-site and all job-site accidents in connection with the installation work
Trains and develops his men in the efficient performance of their jobs and for their personal growth
Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
Must have at least 3 years in Elevator/Escalator installation
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
Capable of negotiating effectively with other prospective clients and subcontractors
Capable of teaching and training people
