VTSA International Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer specializing in elevator and escalator systems to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships across the Philippine market.

This on-site, full-time role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. Based in Pasig, you will promote our elevator and escalator solutions, manage key accounts, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and help achieve ambitious sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management in elevator/escalator or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator/escalator systems, safety standards and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.

About the role

VTSA International Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Sales and Marketing Officer specialising in the Elevator and Escalator Industry to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our elevator and escalator solutions across the Philippine market. You will serve as a key bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator industry, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, property developers, contractors, facility managers and architectural firms
• Present and demonstrate elevator and escalator products and solutions to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements and concerns
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations and technical specifications tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities and potential threats
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market penetration
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline management using CRM systems
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients to secure profitable business deals
• Support after-sales services and address client concerns to ensure retention and repeat business
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, brochures and digital content promoting company offerings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the elevator, escalator or related construction/engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, specifications, safety standards and installation processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive sales
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding provinces
• Preferred: Previous experience in building relationships with contractors, property developers or facility management companies
• Preferred: Knowledge of Philippine building codes, safety regulations and construction industry practices
