Job summary

SJK-Guahan Inc. seeks a Service Sales Executive to oversee and drive the growth of our service operations, ensuring top-tier after-sales support and strong service sales performance.

You will lead service activities, coordinate with the Service Division Manager, and work closely with the Warehouse team on inventory and SOPs. The role emphasizes building client relationships, developing costed service proposals, and maintaining effective communication across service staff to meet the service

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related courses.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in after-sales service or service-oriented roles in equipment-based industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and Email.

Position: Service Sales Executive

Department: Service

Reports to: Service Division Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Service Executive at SJK-Guahan Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing and driving

the growth of our customer service operations, ensuring exceptional after-sales support,

and contributing to the success of our service sales. Your responsibilities will encompass

various aspects of customer service, team management, and strategic collaboration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General oversight of customer service operations and driving the growth of service sales at SJK-Guahan.
• Responsible for the daily utilization and schedules for technicians under his direct supervision.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure that clients receive premium customer service.
• Serve as the primary contact for service calls and customer complaints within the assigned territory.
• In order to achieve the service sales budget, collaborate with Service Division Manager to formulate essential strategies for spare parts and service contract development.
• Create high-quality service proposals and detailed costing sheets for after-sales operations, covering all SJK-Guahan product lines.
• Collaborate with the Service Division Manager and Operations Manager-Warehouse to assess and suggest appropriate inventory management, including establishing safety stocks for essential spare parts.
• Collaborate with the Service Division Manager to develop and uphold Standard Operating Procedures for customer service, in coordination with service and sales departments. Ensure adherence to these procedures and facilitate effective communication across all service staff.
• Develop, improve, and maintain service policies and procedures set by the SJKGuahan.
• Establish a well-maintained database for clients and regularly keep strong connections.
• Promptly report any job-related irregularities or unsafe acts in the shop to ensure immediate correction and maintain a safe working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Additional experience in customer service management is considered advantageous.

• Graduate of B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any mechanical and electrical related courses.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in after-sales service, or a comparable service-oriented position from an equipment-based service industry.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools and E-mail.
• Familiarity with service terms, tools, and procedures in the equipment industry (automotive or electric vehicles).
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be personable, professional, and enthusiastic individual to drive a team of technicians and to satisfy customers.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills with an ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
