SJK-Guahan Inc. seeks a Service Sales Executive to oversee and drive the growth of our service operations, ensuring top-tier after-sales support and strong service sales performance.

You will lead service activities, coordinate with the Service Division Manager, and work closely with the Warehouse team on inventory and SOPs. The role emphasizes building client relationships, developing costed service proposals, and maintaining effective communication across service staff to meet the service

Formación

• Graduate of B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related courses.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in after-sales service or service-oriented roles in equipment-based industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and Email.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee customer service operations and drive growth of service sales at SJK-Guahan.
• Manage daily schedules for technicians under direct supervision.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure premium customer service.
• Serve as the primary contact for service calls and customer complaints within the territory.
• Collaborate with Service Division Manager to develop spare parts and service contracts.
