You will manage technicians, handle service calls and complaints, and collaborate with management to optimize inventory, SOPs, and client relationships. A background in mechanical/electrical engineering with 2+ years in after-sales service is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in after-sales service or service-oriented role in equipment-based industry.
• Experience in customer service management is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools and email.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations and grow service sales.
• Schedule and supervise technicians.
• Provide after-sales support and handle service calls and complaints.
• Develop service proposals and costing sheets.
• Collaborate on inventory management and safety stocks.
• Develop and maintain service SOPs and policies.
• Maintain client database and relationships.
• Report irregularities and maintain a safe working environment.
