Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the branch's tellering, cashiering and ATM operations to ensure prompt, accurate service.
• Supervise cash handling and marketing operations; promote quality service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure secured ATM availability and meet customer needs; maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in achieving branch financial targets and support branch leadership as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Dutes & Responsibilites:

1. Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch by promoting continuous enhancement of quality service, customer handling, accurate processing and operational efficiency.

2. Supervises the efficient cash servicing to clients and cash transfers to other branches/banks, acceptable accuracy level on cash and sufficient management of cash requirements.

3. Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations to meet customers needs.

4. Assumes accounting responsibility on vouching o transactions for branches without Accounting Assistants.

5. Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards of branch personnel under his supervision

6. Handles the section's personnel requirements, promotes branch personnel improvement/advaocement and harmonious work relationship.

7. Assists in achieving branch financial targets.

8. Acts as alternate Consumer Assistance Officer (CAO).

9. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
