Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines seeks an experienced branch operations supervisor to oversee tellering, cashiering and ATM operations. You will ensure prompt, compliant service and support the Branch Head in marketing the bank's products and services.

You will supervise cash handling, ATM availability, compliance with internal controls, and staff development, contributing to achieving branch targets and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch by promoting continuous enhancement of quality service, customer handling, accurate processing and operational efficiency.
• Supervises the efficient cash servicing to clients and cash transfers to other branches/banks, with acceptable accuracy and proper cash management.
• Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations to meet customers' needs.
• Assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transactions or branches without Accounting Assistants.
• Ensures adherence to bank policies, internal controls, external regulations and service standards by branch personnel.
• Handles the section's personnel requirements, promotes staff development and maintains harmonious work relationships.
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets.
• Acts as alternate Consumer Assistance Officer (CAO).
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job description

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch. Ensures prompt and efficient service
  delivery in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control. Responsible for the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the
  branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services.

Duties & responsibilites

1. 1. Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch by promoting continuous enhancement of quality service, customer handling,accurate processing and operational efficiency.
2. 2. Supervises the efficient cash servicing to clients and cash transfers to other branches/banks, acceptable accuracy level on cash and sufficient management of cash requirements.

5. 5. Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards of branch personnel under his supervision.
6. 6. Handles the section's personnel requirements, promotes branch personnel improvement/advancement and harmonious work relatonship.
7. 7. Assists in achieving branch financial targets.
8. 8. Acts as alternate Consumer Assistance Officer (CAO).
9. 9. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
