Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee daily tellering, cashiering, and ATM operations at the branch. The role also supports the Marketing Section and assists the Branch Head in promoting the Bank's products and services.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with service standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements while helping achieve branch financial targets. Willingness to travel within the covered area is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch
• Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transaction
• Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards of branch personnel under his supervision
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets
• Amenable with movement within the covered area

Job Mandate

Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control. Responsible or the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services.
