Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. through its BDO Network Bank unit, is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch.

This role develops and sustains long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients and gathers market feedback to inform strategy. You will lead sales and marketing initiatives, ensure accuracy in marketing, cash and accounting operations, approve transactions in line with controls, supervise staff, and

• Develops sales and marketing strategies for the branch. Implements these strategies to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures acceptable accuracy level on marketing, cash and accounting operations including customer handling.
• Exercises approving and administrative authority in the operations of the branch by proper and timely approvals of various transactions, being mindful of control and compliance requirements within the bank.
• Attends to administrative-related matters such as the conduct of regular meetings among members of the branch, ascertains disbursements, premises upkeep, review and implementation of policies and procedures for better management of the branch.
• Handles manpower issues, initiates personnel movements, career planning and development of branch personnel.
• Acts as Consumer Assistance Officer (CAO).
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
