Job summary

Shangri-LaBoracay is seeking a Service Associate - Kitchen (Bakery) to maintain the high quality of bakery items and support event-driven preparations on Boracay Island. You will ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, assist with food preparation, and work shifts to meet guest reservations and events while delivering warm, professional hospitality.

Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is preferred, and a passion for culinary trends will help you thrive in a luxury resort

Located in the country’s premier beach destination, Shangri-LaBoracay is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. As a Service ASsociate - Kitchen (Bakery), we rely on you to:

• Ensure the food quality at the Bakery Section is always of high standards
• Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
• Ensure accurate food preparation by checking reservations and events
• Ensure timely set-up according to event orders or reservations
