Job summary

China Bank Group Virac Branch is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead daily branch operations, ensure policy adherence, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will supervise New Accounts, Accounting and Investment sections, support marketing with cross‑selling, and drive branch performance through strong leadership and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
• 3–4 years in branch banking operations preferred.
• Strong persuasion and marketing skills.
• Service Quality Management expertise desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage operational efficiency in New Accounts, Accounting, and Investment sections.
• Support marketing efforts by cross‑selling bank products and services.
• Ensure staff understand product offerings to meet client needs and achieve branch targets.
• Coordinate with support units and other branches to maintain compliance with bank standards.
