Job summary

Shangri-La Makati, part of the Shangri-La Group, invites an experienced Security Service Leader to join our hospitality team in Manila. You will lead day-to-day security operations, coach staff, and uphold our standards for guest safety and service excellence.

The role requires a Security Management certification, at least three years in hotel or security, and a valid security permit. You will assess risks, monitor access and CCTV systems, respond to incidents, and maintain constructive guest

Qualifications

• Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry.
• Valid Security Personnel Permit.
• Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits.
• Sound knowledge of security access control, alarm monitoring and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team effectively to drive day-to-day security operations.
• Ensure security operations are strictly followed to established standards and policies.
• Provide practical guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent guest relations to enhance their satisfaction.
• Handle guests’ inquiries promptly and report any security or safety concerns to Management.

Key Responsibilities

About You
