Makati Shangri-La, part of the Shangri-La Group in Manila, is seeking a Service Associate - Reservations to join our hospitality team. You will assist guests with reservations, share accurate information on services and rates, and help guests find the best-fit options to enhance their stay.

Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential as you engage business partners and guests in a professional, friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to our guests when making reservations or bookings
• Provides guests with accurate and relevant information about the hotel services, facilities and rates
• Provides best-fit solutions for our guests to help improve the guest experience
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction
