Job summary

Edsa Shangri-La Manila, centrally located in Mandaluyong City, invites applications for a Service Leader - Finance (Accounts Payable). The role leads the Accounts Payable function, ensures accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, and supports cost control efforts within the hotel's finance team.

You will post invoices, prepare reimbursement cheques, monitor bank balances, participate in briefings, and ensure proper debit/credit memo accounting.

• Posting of all general supplies invoices forwarded from the Cost Control Dept. and Receiving Office.
• Prepare General Cashier reimbursement cheque.
• Monitor Bank Balance.
• Attending regular briefing with colleagues.
• Ensuring proper accounting of all debit/credit memos.
