Our Clients in the Philippines based in Mandaluyong City seeks a Service Excellence and Restaurant Training Manager to elevate guest experiences by developing restaurant teams through structured learning programs, coaching and operational excellence initiatives. This role partners closely with Operations to build high-performing restaurant teams.

You will lead FOH capability-building across branches, create training modules and manuals, and monitor service quality through audits and evaluations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training and development.
• Experience from casual dining restaurant groups is highly preferred.
• Strong background in FOH operations, service excellence, coaching, and people development.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing restaurant teams through effective learning programs.
