Job summary

FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Metro Manila is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Training and Development Manager. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing training programmes to ensure service excellence and staff engagement across all establishments.

With 5+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality training, you will mentor managers, develop curricula and ensure consistent standards. This is a full-time position in Metro Manila with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality training or related roles.
• Proven track record designing and delivering training in multi-unit environments.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, hospitality operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training curricula for front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Deliver training across multiple locations ensuring consistent service and procedures.
• Assess staff competencies and tailor development programs across staff levels.
• Develop materials, manuals, videos and resources to support learning.
• Mentor managers and supervisors on staff development practices.
• Maintain training records and monitor participant progress.
• Evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvements.
