We are seeking an experienced Front of the House (FOH) Training Manager to lead the development and execution of training programs that enhance service excellence, operational consistency, and employee performance across restaurant operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in casual dining restaurant operations, extensive experience in FOH training, and a passion for developing high-performing teams while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve FOH training programs covering service standards, guest experience, restaurant operations, and company policies.
• Lead onboarding, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching for restaurant managers, supervisors, and front-line FOH team members.
• Ensure consistent implementation of service excellence standards and operational procedures across all restaurant branches.
• Conduct regular store visits, training audits, and performance assessments to identify development opportunities and operational gaps.
• Partner with Operations and HR teams to develop learning strategies that support business objectives and employee growth.
• Design training materials, manuals, service guides, and competency assessment tools to strengthen learning effectiveness.
• Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, customer satisfaction results, and operational KPIs.
• Coach restaurant leaders in people management, coaching techniques, and talent development to build high-performing teams.
• Lead initiatives that promote customer service excellence, employee engagement, and continuous learning across the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance restaurant training programs and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training, preferably handling Front of the House (FOH) operations.
• Preferably with experience from casual dining restaurant groups.
• Strong expertise in FOH operations, service excellence, guest experience, and people development.
• Proven experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs for restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in conducting operational audits, performance coaching, and competency assessments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and learning management or training systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to restaurant branches as needed.
