Job summary

Microgenesis Business Systems in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, is seeking a Service Engineer responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing on-site support, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems.

You will install and deploy products, provide post-sales technical support, stay updated with product knowledge, and collaborate with co-engineers and sales personnel to deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and deployment of products and solutions sold by Microgenesis.
• Provide excellent post sales technical support to clients by staying up to date with product knowledge and presentations, certifications and trainings, and teamwork spirit with co-engineers and sales personnel
• Ensure tools to be used for assembly are in good condition.
• Assemble units of computer.
• Install appropriate operating software-based product, programs and application.
• Troubleshoot computer problems either hardware or software.
• Perform Burn-In Test on unit to ensure its reliability and quality.
• Support/assist clients through phone or on-site
• Perform computer service and troubleshooting on site.
• Set - up units of computer either purchased or rented.
• In-charge of onsite service/setup.
