Microgenesis Business Systems is hiring a Systems Engineer to install and support external customers, ensuring quick turnaround times.

The role includes pre-sales design, BOM, SOW, POC, and demos, plus internal IT support, training, and CRM reporting, with day shifts and potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months working experience in related field.

• Provide support for pre-sales activities (Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo).
• Provide in-house IT support to Microgenesis servers and storages.
• Conduct training for internal and external customers and co-engineers.
• Prepare and submit CRM, e-mail activity reports, and service slips; coordinate with TSC Coordinator.

Job description

• Performs installation and provides post-sales support for external customers at the least possible time to ensure that targeted and reasonable turnaround time is achieved.
• Conduct continuous study, testing, and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor-sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills. Acquire technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification training and examinations.
• Provide support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo, and Presentations.
• Provide in-house IT support to internal IT of servers and storages of Microgenesis.
• Conduct training for internal and external customers and co-engineers (cross-training)
• Prepare, update, and submit CRM, E-mail activity report, and Service Slip and continuously coordinate with the TSC Coordinator.
