Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an on-site engineering professional to install, commission, maintain, and service critical equipment for customers. You will work directly with clients to ensure service excellence and safety compliance.

Key duties include performing preventive maintenance, QA checks, trainings, reporting to management, and staying current with industry developments. Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• Associate's degree in engineering is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• Engineering certificate or license is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Using strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Delivering demonstrations to educate customers on safe and effective equipment use.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Conducting research and attending workshops to stay updated with industry developments.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors regularly.

About the role

The aim of this role is to provide a professional engineering service on-site with customers to meet the needs of the business and satisfy customer needs. Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of critical equipment and associated electrical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed
• Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis

About you

• Knowledgeable in any Auxiliary System (CCTV, Access Control, FDAS, Building Management System)
• An associate's degree in engineering or similar
• A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred
• A relevant certificate or license is advantageous
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed
• The ability to remain professional under pressure
• Superb work ethic and a growth mindset
