Job summary

Asia Integrated Machine Inc. is seeking a field service-oriented engineer to troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair designated equipment across client sites.

You will provide prompt customer support via phone, email, or chat, log issues, and prepare reports while pursuing new contracts and system solutions. The role requires experience with industrial machinery, strong electrical and mechanical system knowledge, and willingness to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• Experience working with industrial machinery is required.
• Proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical systems is required.
• National travel will be required for this role.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issues
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Supports clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat until they've solved a technical issue
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prepare and submits accurate and timely reports
• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, new projects and system solution sales

About the role
