Job summary

Satellite Office in Pasig, Metro Manila is seeking an IT Support professional to provide user assistance for software and hardware operations. The role involves troubleshooting, desktop support, and software maintenance.

The ideal candidate will preferably hold an IT tertiary level certificate and possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably have an IT tertiary level certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1 year’s previous experience in a similar IT role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide user assistance in the operation of installed software.
• Support PC hardware including builds and troubleshooting.
• Conduct software and licensing maintenance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide user assistance in the operation of installed software
• PC hardware support including builds, troubleshooting and repairs
• Desktop support
• Software and licensing maintenance and audits
• Telephone support including company mobile phones
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Liaising with vendors, contractors and staff in purchases and operational support matters
• Ad hoc assistance, support and administration including, but not limited to:
  • E-Mail
  • Viruses
  • Backup
• Other tasks as directed

Selection Criteria

• Preferably an IT tertiary level certificate or practical IT industry history equivalent
• 1 year’s previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised and able to meet deadlines
