House of Franchise, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to deliver training programs that develop ethical and efficient business practices for franchisees, partners and their staff. The role involves onsite coaching on SOPs, food preparation, inventory and event support.

The Trainer will demonstrate procedures, conduct comprehensive trainings, and submit regular training and financial reports. This position emphasizes practical classrooms, hands-on demonstrations and ongoing performance feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate product demonstration on the standard operating procedure of the company's existing food cart brands: Siomai King, Noodle House, Potato King, Siopao Da King, Coffee But Better, Ooh! Cha!
• Conduct onsite training covering the technical and competencies of food cart operations
• Provide training on store opening and store closing procedures
• Train on product preparation and measurement of ingredients
• Instruct on proper handling and serving of foods
• Train on storage of leftovers and use and storage of equipment and utensils
• Educate on product shelf-life and signs of spoilage
• Train on product outsourcing and inventory procedures
• Provide guidance on ordering and delivery guidelines and crew responsibilities
• Facilitate company, selling, and sponsorship events
• Prepare and submit training reports, reimbursement, cash advance, and liquidation reports
