FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS seeks a Restaurant Service Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that elevate restaurant service across FOH operations. The role includes onboarding crews, coaching teams, and ensuring SOP compliance.

The Restaurant Service Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills, service quality, and operational performance of restaurant crews. This role ensures that FOH and restaurant crews are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and proper procedures needed to deliver excellent customer service and consistently meet company and brand standards.
Develop and deliver training programs focused on restaurant service and FOH operations.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new restaurant crews across various brands.
Conduct training sessions on customer service, product knowledge, service procedures, brand standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide hands-on training and coaching to FOH and restaurant crews.
Conduct refresher training and skills enhancement sessions based on identified operational needs.
Coordinate with Operations Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Supervisors to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, feedback, and performance results.
Monitor and maintain accurate training records, attendance, and certifications.
Develop and update training materials, manuals, handouts, presentations, and other learning resources.
Ensure training programs are aligned with company policies, brand standards, service culture, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
Conduct regular store visits for on-site training, coaching, and service assessments.
Assist in the rollout of new products, brand initiatives, service standards, systems, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with Operations and other departments to ensure proper implementation of training programs.
Prepare training reports and provide updates on training activities and crew development.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant operations, training, Food & Beverage, hospitality, or a related industry.
Experience as a Restaurant Trainer, Service Trainer, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role is an advantage.
Hands‑on experience in restaurant FOH operations and customer service.
Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple training activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and training documentation.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, sanitation, and SOP implementation.
Willing to conduct store visits and travel to different restaurant locations as required.
Able to work in a fast‑paced restaurant/F&B environment.
Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.
