Job summary

Milagrita Global Food Corporation's Samgyupsalamat brand seeks a passionate Restaurant Trainer to develop store teams and ensure operational excellence across all outlets.

You will onboard new hires, deliver SOPs, food safety and customer service training, and conduct in-store coaching to uphold service standards while traveling to multiple locations. Reports on trainee progress will be prepared for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, with training or L&D exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and operational training for newly hired restaurant team members.
• Deliver training on SOPs, food safety, customer service, and restaurant operations.
• In-store coaching to reinforce operational standards and service excellence.
• Monitor trainees' progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and observations.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Restaurant Trainer to help develop our restaurant teams and ensure operational excellence across our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and operational training for newly hired restaurant team members.
• Deliver training programs on standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety, customer service, and restaurant operations.
• Conduct in-store coaching to reinforce operational standards and service excellence.
• Monitor trainees' progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and store observations.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate coaching and development plans.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and operational procedures across assigned stores.
• Partner with Operations Managers and Store Managers to address training needs and improve team performance.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, monitor compliance, and support operational initiatives.
• Prepare training reports and provide updates on training completion and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, with experience in training, learning and development, or store operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, and operational standards.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to engage employees at all levels.
• Must be willing to do frequent field work and travel to different store locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
