FantasyWorld – SM Tarlac is hiring for a SERVICE CREW to welcome and assist customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages to standard.

We seek honest, hardworking team players who communicate well in English, are reliable, and can work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Training provided; you’ll help with cash transactions, store cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking customer orders accurately and ensuring timely service.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards.
• Assisting customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Handling cashiering and payment transactions when assigned.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of the store.
• Ensuring products, supplies, and equipment are properly arranged and available.
• Assisting with inventory checking and stock replenishment.
• Following company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Assisting with store opening and closing procedures.
• Supporting the team during busy periods and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for every guest.
• Assisting during events, promotions, and other activities as needed.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.
