Job summary

Select Goods in the Philippines seeks a Store Manager to oversee the new SM Tarlac branch. You will lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

You will monitor sales, inventory, and reporting, coordinate with management, and implement company policies. The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and flexibility with shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in store leadership roles (Store Manager, Supervisor, or similar).

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays; ASAP start.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is an advantage.- Able to speak and understand basic English.
