Job summary

Insight is hiring a Service Coordinator in Pasig, Philippines for a hybrid role. You will manage deployment schedules, coordinate with end users, technicians, vendors, and stakeholders, and ensure milestones and documentation are up-to-date.

The position emphasizes strong organization, English communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Bring 1–2 years in technical support or helpdesk, IT environment experience is a plus, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Teams with project-tracking tools

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in technical support (hardware), helpdesk, and customer service.
• Industry IT/technology environment is an advantage.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and project-tracking tools.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology deployment schedules with end users, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for scheduling, deployment updates, and coordination.
• Track project timelines, appointments, deployment progress, and completion milestones.
• Maintain accurate deployment, asset, and project documentation.
• Identify delays or scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when needed.
• Support client updates, reporting, and post-deployment/project closure activities.
