Insight is seeking a Service Coordinator in Pasig, Philippines, to be the primary point of contact for deployment communications and schedules. You will coordinate between end users, technicians, vendors and client stakeholders to ensure timely deployments and accurate documentation.

You should have strong organization, excellent English communication, and experience coordinating multiple parties using Excel, Outlook, Teams, and project-tracking tools. This is a hybrid role.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate deployment schedules between end users, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for deployment communications and status updates.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with end users and field technicians.
• Track project progress and maintain deployment records in spreadsheets and client systems.
• Ensure all project documentation, technical notes, and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding deployment status, issues, and milestones.
• Monitor timelines and identify scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Escalate issues to project managers when required.
• Maintain accurate asset, deployment, and installation records.
• Support reporting activities by preparing status reports and deployment metrics.
