Job summary

Insight in Pasig is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day processing and coordination of technology device orders for client accounts. You will handle order release, data accuracy, ticket monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to meet client SLAs.

You'll work with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time while maintaining detailed records and clear communications. Graveyard shift may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service/BPO, client-facing, or helpdesk.
• Experience in back-office processing, order management and coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and SAP is an advantage but not required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work independently or in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Amenable to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Process and release orders for shipping, retrieval, exchange, and deployment of technology devices.
• Monitor order and ticket queues and coordinate requests using ServiceNow and SAP.
• Support order management across servers, desktops, laptops, phones, peripherals.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with distribution teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate product, costing, inventory, and order-status information.
• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet SLAs.
