INGCO PH Traders Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers regarding product repairs, service requests, and after-sales concerns at the Caloocan service center.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple transactions while maintaining service quality. On-site work from Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in related fields and at least 1-3 years in customer service or service center roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle inquiries, process requests, and coordinate with technicians and departments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding repairs, service requests, and after-sales concerns.
• Provide accurate information on service procedures, repair status, and company policies.
• Receive, record, and process customer concerns and service transactions.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor service progress and maintain accurate customer records and logs.
• Support front-desk operations and assist in preparing service reports.
