Job summary

Best Tools Group Careers is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the INGCO Service Center. The role is onsite with a Monday to Saturday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, primarily handling product repairs, service requests, and after-sales concerns.

You will assist customers with service procedures and statuses, coordinate with technicians and internal teams, maintain accurate records, and promote a positive customer experience through professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, client relations, after-sales support, or service center operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding repairs and after-sales concerns.
• Provide accurate information about service procedures, repair status, and policies.
• Record and process customer concerns, repair requests, and service transactions.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor progress and update customers on repair completion and service schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
• Handle feedback and escalate unresolved concerns when needed.
• Support front-desk and service-center operations to assist customers.
