Job summary

Epta® is seeking a Service Center Specialist for its San Pedro Office to handle billing and customer service, ensuring smooth service processes and timely support for customers. The role involves coordinating repairs, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality service with attention to accuracy in billing.

The ideal candidate has experience in AR and customer service, familiarity with SAP or ERP systems, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in accounts receivable, customer service, technical support, or service center operations.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service requests, repairs, and technical issues; log, prioritize, and resolve each issue.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems; coordinate with field service teams for repairs.
• Assist in billing processes including invoice preparation, validation, and monitoring; support AR activities such as payment tracking and reconciliation.
• Coordinate scheduling and tracking of repairs to ensure timely service completion; manage spare parts inventory.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, repair status, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on service procedures and systems.
