Responsibilities

• Determine the type of service to provide.
• Create an estimated report for damages.
• Process the insurance claim with the insurer.
• Follow up with insurer for LOA (Letter of Authority).
• Check and evaluate LOA against estimated repair.
• Convert LOA to RO (request order).
• Follow up with the customer.
• Monitor the repaired unit.
• Submit daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP.

• Process the insurance claim to the insurance company
• Follow up with the insurance company for the LOA
• Check and evaluate the LOA based on the estimated repair

• Follow up with the customer
• Monitor the repaired unit.
• Submit the following daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP
