Qualifications

• Graduate of automotive course or mechanical engineering.
• Experience or knowledge in processing insurance claims.
• Strong automotive knowledge and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in computers.
• Must be able to drive any vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Determine the type of service.
• Make an estimated report for the damages of the unit.
• Process the insurance claim to the insurance company.
• Follow up with the insurance company for the LOA.
• Check and evaluate the LOA based on the estimated repair.
• Convert LOA to RO.
• Follow up with the customer.
• Monitor the repaired unit.
• Submit the following daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP
