Responsibilities

• Determine the type of service.
• Make an estimated report for the damages of the unit.
• Conducts Body Repair Process Audit.
• Process the insurance claim with the insurance company.
• Follow up with the insurance company for the LOA.
• Check and evaluate the LOA based on the estimated repair.
• Convert LOA to RO.
• Follow up with the customer.
• Monitor the repaired unit.
• Submit the following daily reports: Released, Estimated, WIP.
